Writing SBIR Grant Proposals: What You Need to Know

The workshop will be taught by Dr. Paul Pernambuco-Wise. Accompanying him are panelists Dr. Ken Cheung & Dr. Chris Sullivan of Oceanit.
Focus of the workshop will be on the following SBIR topics:
SBIR Program Overview, Idea Development & Background Research, Customer Contact, Phase I Proposal Construction, Budget Development, Execution, Phase I to Phase II Transition, Phase II Proposal Construction
Dr. Paul Pernambuco-Wise has over 20 years of research experience in the field of sensor design and implementation, high strength and high conductivity materials development including the preparation and testing of glass and carbon fiber composites, algorithm development, system integration and engineering in extreme environmental conditions. He has extensive proposal writing experience for the SBIR program with numerous program successes over the course of his tenure at Oceanit.
